Staging begins with a visit to the site to determine the scope of the project and the ultimate purpose for staging. Staging may be done to maximize the client’s existing furniture and accessories prior to purchasing additional pieces, or to prepare the home for sale on the real estate market.

 

After careful review of home’s features, a list of recommendations will be reviewed with the client. This may include suggestions concerning general maintenance projects, basic clean up of clutter, as well as editing, restaging, and repurposing of furnishings and accessories.
